CerealVeneta offers semifinished products (gritz) derived from pulses such as lentils, chickpeas, peas, beans

Starting from the processing of different kind of pulses, organic and conventional as well, CerealVeneta offers granular hulled pulses (gritz):

  • Native or heat treated (to improve shelflife, organoleptical features and remove typical aftertaste of pulses)
  • Calibrated from 500 mcr to 4.000 mcr

Thanks to the different particle sizes, these ingredients can be used in several applications such as: bakery, snacks, soup, meat and substitutes, mixes.
These gritz have a great physicality and are resistant to industrial processes, remaining visible in the final product, giving it a rustic appearance.
